The race is heating up to the 2024 NBA playoffs. With so much motion in the NBA standings, we’ll show off precisely what changed after each night time of games.

Western Conference

 

Thunder improve to 46-20 after win vs. Mavericks, tying the Nuggets for great file in the West and taking the pinnacle spot due to a head-to-head tiebreaker

Clippers maintain consistent at No. 4 after win vs. Bulls, with room on each sides: 2.5 games behind the third-place Wolves and three video games in the front of the fifth-place Pelicans (whom they play Friday)

Suns stay seventh after loss to Celtics, just a half-game in advance of Dallas

 

Mavericks maintain at No. eight after loss to Thunder, 2  games up on the Lakers

Rockets remain in the hunt after win vs. Wizards, moving a half-game nearer to the Warriors for the final Play-In Tournament spot.

Eastern Conference

 

Celtics clinch a playoff spot after win vs. Suns, have led the East for all but six days this season and haven’t dropped under first region considering Nov. 14

Bucks claim sole possession of No. two after win over 76ers, up a half-game on Cleveland.

Knicks continue to be No. four after win vs. Trail Blazers, cross a full sport in advance of Orlando

76ers fell into Play-In Tournament territory after a loss, going from No. 6 at the start of the night to No. 7, a half-game at the back of the Pacers

Bulls stayed at 9th after loss to Clippers, two games ahead of the Hawks
