There are a whole lot of people perplexed by what the Cowboys are doing this offseason.

Fans have been talking about the Dallas Cowboys’ lack of activity over the summer for a while now. The conservative free agency spending plan has gained popularity, but even by their standards, there hasn’t been much action.

Though it’s been a recurring theme for Cowboys Nation residents, not just the team’s supporters are perplexed about what the Cowboys are doing at the moment. It also extends to people working in NFL front offices.

With the NFL draft under two weeks away, ESPN released an article discussing the latest news and questions for each team leading up to the big event. When it came to the Cowboys, some of the rhetoric was familiar in nature if you’ve been paying attention this offseason, but one line stood out.
