Chris Sutton has made a prediction regarding this weekend’s Premier League match between Crystal Palace and Liverpool.
Sutton believes that Jurgen Klopp’s team will defeat Crystal Palace in Sunday’s scheduled match at Anfield.
The Reds, who are trying to win the league, were dealt a severe setback on Sunday when they were unable to force a 2-2 draw at Old Trafford with Manchester United.
Liverpool still has a decent chance of winning the championship even if they are now behind Arsenal on goal differential (42/51).
In contrast, Crystal Palace has lost 11 of its last 13 league games and drawn two against Liverpool.
“After their mistake at Old Trafford, Liverpool needs to win,” Sutton stated on the BBC.
“Mohamed Salah has not been at his best since returning from injury; he has been missing opportunities that you expect him to put away. This is a problem for Jurgen Klopp’s team.”
