There is currently another injury concern for Liverpool. Early in the second half of the Premier League matchup between Crystal Palace and Conor Bradley, Bradley was substituted.

Liverpool center back After a season full of problems, Conor Bradley was forced to hobble off against Crystal Palace, giving Jürgen Klopp another injury worry. Since joining the team, the Northern Irishman has performed incredibly well.

With this game in mind, Bradley was rested against Atalanta in the Europa League midweek. However, following a challenge with Eberechi Eze, the 20-year-old appeared worse and needed medical attention. Shortly after the start of the second half, he was substituted.

After a prolonged absence from the field, Liverpool’s vice captain Trent Alexander-Arnold replaced Bradley in the starting lineup. The 66th player for the Reds did not play in a Premier League match until he was substituted off against Burnley in the middle of February.

In recent weeks, Liverpool has been able to welcome back injured players like Mohamed Salah and Curtis Jones. Although Klopp’s team has largely been able to handle the numerous issues that are arising, they lost to Crystal Palace due to a close-range strike from Jean-Philippe Mateta.

The Reds and Arsenal were tied for first place in the Premier League heading into the weekend. Arsenal plays Aston Villa later on Sunday, while Manchester City defeated Luton Town on Saturday.

Liverpool’s next three Premier League away games are on the road after the Europa League return leg against Atalanta on Thursday. The first is away to Fulham, followed by trips to West Ham United and Everton.

The exact nature of Bradley’s injury is yet unknown, but any problem this late in the season might jeopardize any player’s ability to play in the last game. Liverpool cannot afford to have too many stars out of the lineup during a pivotal period of the season when there is so little room for error.
