Ryan Flournoy, a 6’1”, 202-pound receiver with a 4.44 speed rating and some potential as an FCS candidate, may be an underappreciated gem of the class.
Cooks may not be necessary for the offense if they think Flournoy will start contributing right away and that Jalen Tolbert can eventually emerge.
