Five Michigan Lottery participants from the area are moving on to the final stage of the Detroit Lions Second Chance promotion, where one of them will walk away with a $100,000 prize.

The selected finalists include Donald Willis of Fraser, Barbara Dixon from Wixom, Marcy Grant of Birmingham, Rebecca Whiting of Waterford, and Doug Esper of Howell.

These five individuals will take part in a live drawing at Ford Field during Sunday’s matchup between the Detroit Lions and the Pittsburgh Steelers. At the event, each finalist will be assigned a colored shirt that matches a section on a prize wheel. When the wheel is spun, the color it stops on will determine the grand prize winner, who will receive $100,000. The remaining contestants will each be awarded $5,000.

According to Michigan Lottery officials, entries were earned by scanning non-winning Detroit Lions instant game tickets using the Michigan Lottery’s mobile application, giving players a second opportunity to win despite their initial ticket results.
