Dak Prescott, the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, has been in the news lately.

It appears that he will play his final NFL season with America’s Team in 2024, and rumors have it that owner Jerry Jones does not want to sign a mutually beneficial contract extension.

Dak Prescott makes a kind gesture with a disabled fan. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, neither Jones nor Prescott want to renegotiate the quarterback’s contract for the following year. Prescott will so fulfill the remaining year of his contract exactly as it is.

How much will Dak Prescott earn in 2024?

Spotrac reports that Dak Prescott will receive a $5 million restructure bonus in addition to a base salary of $29 million in 2024.

The Dallas Cowboys payroll will be subject to a $55.455 million cap hit and a $66.915 million dead cap value as a result.
