Following their second consecutive NFC North title and clinching the NFC’s top playoff seed for the first time, the Detroit Lions have learned their opponents for next season.

The Lions are set for nine home games and eight road matchups in 2025.

Key home games will include clashes with the Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Along with facing NFC North foes – the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, and Minnesota Vikings – at home, the Lions will also host the Cowboys, Buccaneers (NFC South champions), Steelers, New York Giants, and Cleveland Browns.

On the road, Detroit will compete against four division winners: the Philadelphia Eagles (NFC East), Baltimore Ravens (AFC North), Kansas City Chiefs (AFC West), and Los Angeles Rams (NFC West). Additional away games include trips to Cincinnati and Washington, as well as visits to divisional opponents Chicago, Green Bay, and Minnesota.

Overall, Detroit is slated to face nine teams that reached the playoffs in 2024.

The Lions (15-2) defeated the Vikings (14-3) 31-9 in a crucial NFC North clash on Sunday night, securing home-field advantage through the Super Bowl.
