The Detroit Lions’ press conferences at the NFL Combine are scheduled. As is customary, both the head coach and general manager of each team will speak to the media, and for the Lions, this will take place on Tuesday, February 25. According to Ryan Fowler of Draft Network, General Manager Brad Holmes will address the press at 1 pm ET, followed by head coach Dan Campbell at 3:30 pm ET.
While the Lions’ media team will likely stream these press conferences on their platforms, NFL Network usually covers other teams’ pressers as well. If you’re interested in watching press conferences from other teams, you can check out the full schedule provided by Fowler.
With the Lions having hired or re-assigned 16 coaches this offseason, many questions are expected regarding the formation of Detroit’s 2025 coaching staff. Additionally, these press conferences will likely touch on pending free agents as the league’s free agency tampering period begins on March 10, and the new league year starts on March 12 at 4 pm ET. Although the Lions’ management will likely avoid revealing details about their intentions for the 2025 NFL Draft, those questions will certainly arise.
As the GM and coach pressers wrap up, the first group of 2025 NFL Draft prospects will begin their media availability, with their on-field drills starting Thursday, February 27. Defensive linemen and linebackers will be the first to take the field.
