She was also among the national leaders, placing top five in free throw percentage (77. 9%) and top twenty in rebounds per game.
She scored a career-high 29 points against Mercyhurst and grabbed a career-high 18 rebounds against New Haven. She also had career highs of seven assists at Mercyhurst, five blocks against New Haven, and six steals at Stonehill.
Before joining LIU, Toure studied at Arizona State and James Madison. She had a career-high 22 points and 14 rebounds against San Francisco. She played in 21 games for James Madison in 2022-23, averaging 3. 4 points and 1. 95 rebounds per game.
Toure is the daughter of Mariame and Morifere Toure.
Kadidia is a commanding force on both ends of the court, and she has demonstrated that she can control games, according to head coach Robin Pingeton. As the NEC Player of the Year, she topped her conference in scoring, rebounding, and double-doubles while also ranking among the finest in the country in various categories. She’s strong, competitive, and has a positive influence on victory. We are thrilled to have her expertise and presence to our program!
