Morice Norris was released by the Detroit Lions after making his NFL debut in the game against the San Francisco 49ers. The undrafted rookie safety contributed by playing 20 snaps on special teams during the team’s victory.
Having spent the majority of the season on Detroit’s practice squad, Norris could be considered for a return in some role. He played college football at Orange Coast and Fresno State before being signed by the Lions following the draft.
