The Wisconsin Badgers demonstrated their confidence in head coach Luke Fickell this summer by promising to keep him in charge and provide additional help with the program’s financial support, and Fickell is living up to that faith, especially in the recruiting arena.
On Thursday afternoon, the Badgers received a commitment in the 2027 class, selecting 3-star edge rusher Isaac Miller, a 6-foot-5, 250-pound recruit who picked Wisconsin over the Michigan Wolverines, Miami Hurricanes, and Kentucky Wildcats.
According to the 247Sports Composite, Miller, who plays high school football in Waukesha, Wisconsin, is rated as the No. 617 overall player and No. 53 EDGE in the 2027 class.
Wisconsin currently has the No. 23 class in the 2027 cycle, with verbal promises from four players. The top-rated player in the Badgers’ class is 4-star TE Korz Loken, who ranks No. 141 overall.
