UNLV women’s basketball head coach Lindy La Rocque is ahead of the competition in recruiting for the 2027 season, even though certain programs are still finalizing their rosters for the next campaign.
According to a social media message from Harvey and her current team on Saturday, Australian guard Mia Harvey is slated to join the Lady Rebels.
The 17-year-old plays for the Bendigo Lady Braves in Australia’s best semi-professional league, NBL1.
In her second season with the squad, she has played three games, averaging 11. 6 points per game with three assists and a 43. 3% field goal percentage.
Harvey recorded an average of 6. 1 points and 1. 4 assists in 18 games with the Lady Braves last year.
The social media post claims that prior to choosing the Rebels, she made a number of trips after receiving numerous Division I offers.
Prior to this, La Rocque had completed his recruiting for 2026 with the addition of Maia Rosarion, a UNR guard.
